“To watch us dance is to hear our heart speak”
-Indian Proverb
Good Morning!
You open your eyes as the sun peeks in through the window. Your body is a the perfect temperature as you feel your head, your back, your arms your legs settled into the bed. Take a stretch, wiggle your toes and wag your fingers. Shrug your shoulders, yawn and sigh. Your daily dance begins.
Summer brings sun, fun and walks on the beach. What will you speak of today? How will you move? Are you in a rush with so much to say and do that you don’t know where to start?
Take a moment, to pause and slow down. Breathe in and out. Savor this beginning of your day and take the time you need to consider the choices you have.
Will I take time to eat a breakfast that tastes good and gives me the energy I need for the morning’s activities? Will I move at a pace that is mindful and easy?
Start your day YOUR BODY’S WAY
“Through movement we find health”
-Debbie Rosas
